The Alpinestars S-M10 design offers a smooth, attractive, aerodynamic profile that is streamlined and free of external channels that might act as a load point during an impact or compromise the overall integrity of the construction. The surface curvature promotes reduced friction on impact, allowing for the deflection and transfer of energy to protect the rider from direct force to the skull, neck, and spinal column.

To provide the most anatomical fit, the S-M10 shell sizing solution ensures each size has its own appropriate shell. This approach improves comfort, reduces overall weight, and maximizes the effectiveness of the helmet during an impact. For advanced safety, this helmet is equipped with the MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System to better manage rotational acceleration and oblique impacts.

• A-Head Fitment System: Allows for easy adjustment of the angle and height at which the helmet sits on the head for a truly customized experience.
• Collarbone Protection: The chin bar’s base area is specifically sculpted to provide a relief section, raised to clear the collarbone. A soft EPS liner extends beyond the shell and is covered by a flexible rubber compound to reduce the chance of collarbone injury.
• Ultra-Ventilation: Engineered with 28 individual intake and exhaust ports (18 intakes and 10 exhausts), excluding the eye port, to ensure maximum airflow and cooling.
• Emergency Systems: Features an Emergency Release System (ERS) for the visor and interior, alongside Eject technology compatibility for safe helmet removal by medical professionals.
• Impact Management: Removable side pads made from a semi-soft polymer provide a dedicated contact area to help spread impact energy effectively.
