US Grand Prix of Motocross this weekend at Glen Helen Raceway

It’s the United States Grand Prix of Motocross, this coming weekend at Glen Helen Raceway. The US GP of MX will feature the top MX1 and MX2 racers in the world, and more.

In a series of feature articles, Supercross.com will give you all the information as the FIM Motocross Grand Prix Series makes it’s return to US soil in well over a decade.

Today, we share with you the Rider Entry lists. Check these lists and the names – you’ll see a lot of names you’ll recognize!

Let’s start with the MX1 class, which technically is 175cc to 250cc 2-strokes, and 290cc to 450cc 4-strokes, as per FIM Motocross specifications. The defending World MX1 Champion, from Italy, Tony Cairoli (222). Mike Alessi (800) will be racing his KTM as well.
