Billy Laninovich
Never giving up is what Laninovich does on every track, every single time he rides and it shows every season as he places consistently in the top ten. But his numbers only tell half the tale. Not quitting is the sole quality that has repeatedly brought Laninovich back from significant injuries, through painful months of rehabilitation, back to a rigorous training schedule and ultimately back to the track where he never gives up. Laninovichβs never quit, never give up approach to racing garnered him a steady rise to the top ten in his early career, posting top five season finishes in 2003, 2005 and 2006. Following yet another knee injury in 2006, Laninovich again came back strong in 2007 to finish 6th in the Supercross Lites West Series. Laninovich credits his family with providing a strong support system for him. He happily relates that “They are always there for me, and theyβre also my biggest fans.”

@287mx they do. Western and European culture pushes science to work against God. If you do your research, and not just listen to what the media and schools are teaching, you will find out scientists are finding out that science is disproves a lot of secular theories like the big bang and evolution. Science has been even further proving the Truth about Creation.

@finalmoto just because the evidence shows against your beliefs doesn't mean there's another motivation behind it. Just means you're probably wrong. There are still people that refuse to accept the earth is round. Maybe if you learn more about things like evolution and the Big Bang you might understand them better.

Science is never going to prove or disprove the existance of God. It will however help us better understand our universe. Real science has no agenda; the data either supports the theory or it doesn't. It's people with simplistic minds that try to limit the possibilities. Wouldn't an infinitely powerful creator have the ability to hide the mechanics of his work? Just like it is impossible to imagine the limits of space we will never completely understand the process of creation.

@ryan668 the bible tells us the earth is 6,000 years old. That is plain wrong. The bible tells us we were created from dirt to this current form. That's wrong. The bible tells us the universe was created in 6 days. Wrong. It's an outdated story people take too serious. All the evidence we have contradicts it. The bible is not evidence for god like Spider-Man comics aren't evidence for Spider-Man's existence.

The Bible is not a book of facts, it is a book of stories used to explain the world around us. People get caught up on the letter of the word and forget to consider the spirit. There are many powerful lessons in those pages and we could all use a little of their influence from time to time. Do I agree with everything the church teaches? No. But I have seen enough beauty in my short life to know this can't all be random.
