Spinal Cord Research: Moving Forward

On Tuesday, July 24, Dr. Hans Keirstead spoke to a large group of people about the latest developments in Spinal Cord Research. The event was organized by David Bailey & Ernesto Fonseca, with Jamie Little as emcee.

Over the next few weeks and months, we will be sharing with you information about what exactly is taking place in this field of medical research. It’s exciting, and gives hope to many people with not only spinal cord injuries, but many other illnesses as well.

What you will find out in addition to the latest in research, is what you as an individual can do to help. To date, there has been a lot of confusion about how & where to contribute, and where exactly your money is going to.

Dr. Keirstead, among many things, is a scientist and professor. In the forum on Tuesday July 24, he shared with a variety of invited guests details of research and progress that is being made, and explained it in a way that even a layman could understand.

One incredibly touching moment at the end of the evening came when Ricky James, who is paralyzed, donated his entire net worth ($200,000) to the cause & hope of this research after hearing Dr. Keirstead speak.

Dr. Keirstead, David, and Ernesto will show you much more in the next few weeks and months about the exciting progress that is being made in this field.
