PointXCamp plans unveiled

PointX, a leading producers of Action Sports Films for kids is proud to announce the opening of PointXCamp. The full facility camp will be like nothing offered in the western U.S. before. Situated on 260 pristine acres located conveniently between Los Angeles and San Diego, PointXCamp will open in June of 2002 and offer kids between the ages of 8 – 18 the opportunity to train in Skating, BMX, Inline and Motocross. PointXCamp’s state-of-the-art facilities will housed in four 20,000 square foot buildings with multiple outdoor street courses and numerous riding areas for BMX and Motocross. PointX has strived to design a comprehensive training facility that can be used as a catalyst for kids and pro’s alike. PointXCamp will also offer other recreational activities to further the experience such as:

  • Rock Climbing
  • Kayaking
  • Swimming
  • Dart Boarding
  • Paint ball
  • Video Production
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Special Events

PointX began as a media production company focusing on action sports. Previously known as Shepherd Films, the company was founded by Jason Pennington in 1997.
