2005 Yamaha Race Team Introduction

Yamaha said that with the ’05 season rapidly approaching, they wanted to have little fun in a relaxed environment before they get down to the serious business of winning championship titles.



Yamaha announced their complete 2005 Factory and Factory-supported teams for Off-Road, Supercross, Drag Racing, and Road Racing. Along with inviting members of the media, they also said we could bring out our family as well!



Every top Yamaha racer was there at Media Day, along with all the products they race, train, and play on. Yamaha provided a host of TTRs, PWs, ATVs, YZs and WRs for us and our family to enjoy. It was like being a factory rider for a day! A prepped motocross track, a minibike track, a TTR oval, access to the state park trails, and a PW50 oval for the kids. We got to ride with Chad Reed, Road Race Champion Aaron Gobert, and Off Road Champion Randy Hawkins to name a few.
