It’s A Day in the Dirt, the 2011 edition, this weekend at Pala Raceway in southern California! Come on out to one of the funnest events, and see some of the biggest stars in supercross and motocross!
And below is Supercross.com’s coverage of the 2010 event:
The 13th annual A Day in the Dirt Motocross Grand Prix, created by Kenny Alexander and Jimmy Roberts was held Thanksgiving weekend at Pala Raceway. If you’ve never been, you need to come out and race it! From kids to women to top pros and all ages – it’s fun!
And where else can you line up and race against famous faces like AMA Supercross rider Andrew Short and his new KTM? How about past AMA Supercross and MX Champions Jeff Ward, Jeff Emig, and Rick Johnson? And what about riding against seven time Supercross champion Jeremy McGrath? And American Honda’s Supercross and MX Team Manager Erik Kehoe (who was part of the winning duo in Sunday’s ‘team race’)?
We made lots of new friends, including Masa from Japan. Hanging out with friends is a big part of what A Day in the Dirt MX GP is all about! It’s also about family & fun, while soaking up Southern California’s beautiful winter weather.
Hope you like the video, and it gives you just a small sample of what A Day in the Dirt is all about.
Thanks to Kenny, Jimmy, Pala, Troy Lee Designs, Masa … and all the riders!
