James Stewart, who lead most of the race until bobbling in a right hand corner with two laps to go, took third place. Ivan Tedesco fourth, Jeremy McGrath, racing on a Honda 450 was fifth.

Carmichael now leads the poin standings with 70, Reed is second with 66, and James Stewart one point behind with 65.

Grant Langston dominated the Lites main. Andrew Short finished second, with Nate Ramsey third. Ryan Villopoto fell towards the end of the main event, eventually finishing 12th. Langston and Short are now tied for the points lead with 63 points each.
