It’s the fifth annual Day In The Dirt, held at Los Angeles County Raceway in Palmdale California.
Here’s the three day lowdown:
Friday – Mike Bell’s Ultimate Practice/Instruction Session. Mike Bell assisted by David Bailey and Jeff Ward teach you how it’s done. Then it’s the Troy Lee Happy Hour practice session benefiting the Steve McQueen Memorial Fund for Boys Republic.
Saturday – Racing starts. Mini (50′s & 65′s), More Mini (85′s), Vintage GP (old time machines), Stunt GP (two member team race, stuntmen/women, actors, celebrities & special guests. Teams have to switch arm bands each lap!), Vet GP (riders over 30 years old), Film Industry GP (anyone working in the Entertainment/Film Industry in any capacity), Dirt 2001 GP (everybody is welcome).
Sunday – LA Old Timer Invitational GP, Moto-A-GoGo Pro/Am (two member team race featuring past and present Supercross and Motocross stars, extreme sports athletes, surfers, snowboarders, mountain bikers, auto racers, celebrities of all types, sponsors, and moviemakers), WML (Women’s Motocross League), Coup de Grace GP (A Survival Race!)
