2013 FIM World Motocross – Round 14 – Czech Republic – Qualifying

The incredible hillside circuit of Loket. In the premier MXGP class, it’s World Motocross Champion Tony Cairoli leading the point standings. In MX2, World Champion Jeffrey Herlings could win his second consecutive MX2 World Motocross title in tomorrow’s Grand Prix. In today’s Qualifying Races on the ‘Serpentine’ track, it’s Ken de Dycker on top in MXGP, and Jeffrey Herlings on top in MX2. Video hi-lites below courtesy Youthstream.

Notes: The weather is quite warm. The track is one of the most beautiful in the world. Set up on a hill above the town of Loket, nestled in the forest. Jeffrey Herlings can clinch his second consecutive MX2 World Motocross title tomorrow. Gautier Paulin is not racing this weekend, because of the concussion suffered last week in Germany. No need to worry about MXGP World Motocross Champion Tony Cairoli’s sixth place finish today – he’s saving his best for tomorrow! Ferris 17th, Ferrandis 26th in MX2 Qualifying today.
