2011 Paris Bercy Supercross Day 3 – Kyle Chisholm is King of Bercy Supercross
Published October 31st, 2011
It’s the conclusion of the 29th edition of the world famous Bercy Paris Supercross, held inside the Palais Omnisports arena. Although last year’s ‘King’ Justin Barcia won the Main Event on the final day today, Kyle Chisholm is the 2011 King of Bercy!
Kyle Chisholm came to Bercy just with an exhaust pipe in his luggage to adapt on a Yamaha provided by the promoter. With one podium each night – second on Friday, the winner on Saturday and third on Sunday – Kyle was the best and most consistent.

Third on Sunday, Kyle Chisholm got the overall win and is King of Bercy 2011!
Let’s first look at Sunday’s Main Event results from Paris: Main event Sunday: 1. Justin Barcia (USA, Honda), 2. Jake Weimer (USA, Kawasaki), 3. Kyle Chisholm (USA, Yamaha), 4. Mike Alessi (USA, Suzuki), 5. Eli Tomac (USA, Honda), 6. Tommy Searle (GBR, Kawasaki), 7. F. Izoird (FRA, Suzuki), 8. Nic Aubin (FRA, Honda), 9. C Soubeyras (FRA, Honda), 10. Coulon (FRA, Suzuki), 11. Bonini (ITA, Suzuki), 12. Martin (FRA, Honda), 13. Tonus (SUI, Yamaha), 14. Aranda (FRA, Kawasaki), 15. Wey (USA, Kawasaki).
Eli Tomac and Kyle Chisholm were tied on points coming into today’s final race. Chisholm’s third place finish versus Tomac’s fifth place wrap up the title for Chisholm, although Tomac claims second overall from three days of action, and Kawasaki’s Jake Weimer takes third overall.
