2008 FIM World Motocross – Round 1 – Holland

Published April 6th, 2008

The opening round of the 2008 FIM World Motocross Series got underway today in Holland. In the MX2 class, it was KTM rider #4 Tyla Rattray winning both motos. Second in both motos was defending champion Tony Cairoli.

In the MX1 class, Ken de Dycker, riding for the Teka Suzuki Team, dominated both motos easily on the brutal, sandy, and rough Valkenswaard circuit. Second overall was defending champion Steve Ramon, and Max Nagl finished third.
